FAQs
Location Policy
For any location that is more than 45 minutes away from Salt Lake City, where I am based, a travel fee will be applied. This fee is calculated based on two factors. First, there is a charge of $0.665 for each mile traveled. Second, there is an additional fee of $25 for every hour spent traveling to and from the location.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a previously booked shoot, please contact mailee.photo at least one week prior to the scheduled date for a complimentary rescheduling. Requests made after the one-week window will require a rescheduling fee of $150.00.
Expedited Rates
If you would like to receive your photos sooner than the standard turnaround time, I offer expedited gallery services. Please contact me via email or phone for more information on pricing.
Late Policy
If you arrive later than the scheduled photoshoot time, mailee.photo is not obligated to extend the duration of the session. The allotted time will remain unchanged as if the client had arrived on time. For example, if the photoshoot is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and the client arrives at 6:25 PM, the client will have 35 minutes remaining for their session.
